Good George is excited to bring you Moo & Brew for another year!
The participating venues have submitted their burger and brew matches and we are pretty stoked on the creativity the venues have brought to the table (Literally). Spread from Auckland to Canterbury, each venue have developed and designed well paired burger and brew combinations to sink your teeth into.
Ingredients in some of the most creative combos include melted camembert, tandoori spice, spicy Korean gochujang mayo and truffle aioli.
It's awesome to see the cultural influence when these burger have created and crafted. These include Vietnamese, Indian and Japanese culture inspired burger entries.
And it’s not all moo, some venues are taking advantage of other home-grown meats including lamb, pork, venison and seafood.
