IPA Hopped Gin -

While our distillers love Gin, they've also brewed a few great IPAs in their day too so creating the love child of both had been on the agenda for awhile. After much sampling of the product before settling o the right balance of hops and botanicals they're pretty damn proud of the love child. Mosaic, Galaxy, Centennial hops combine with lemon zest, orange and juniper for deliciously herbaceous Gin. 

IPA Squealer - 

Inspired by the wave of punchy new world hops. A lovely soft malt backbone is balanced perfectly with juicy, mouth-coating hoppy goodness & a smooth lingering bitterness.

ABV: 5.8%

IBU: 49

Appearance: Sunset gold, bright 

Aroma: Tropical stone fruits, lightly malty

Taste: Smooth lingering bitterness, resinous

Hops: Mosaic, Galaxy, Centennial
