It used to be that Moscow Mule was the only way to enjoy ginger beer with an alcoholic kick. But we got sick of waiting at the bar for the guy with good hair to stop throwing glassware about and make us a drink, so we went to work on proper ginger beer for adults. No disrespect to cocktails, but sometimes you just want to pour a cold one & enjoy. 

Proper Ginger Beer (5%) looks cloudy and pale, and has fiery aromas of ginger and citrus zest. On the palate it’s sweet, lightly tangy, with a little heat.
