Inspired by the wave of punchy new world hops our IPA has lovely soft malt backbone and is balanced with juicy, mouth-coating hoppy goodness & a smooth lingering bitterness, creating the perfect base for our new make spirit. 

You can expect a hoppy and citrusy whisky, with floral notes and a balance between beer-like bitterness and wine-like fruitiness.
