Ingredients:
45ml Good George Lemon Gin
15ml Cointreau
45ml Lemon Juice
30ml Sugar Syrup
Rim the Glass:
Pour either your lemon juice or sugar syrup onto a small plate and place rim of glass onto it. Place a quarter-inch of sugar into a separate shallow dish. Dip or roll the rim of the glass into the sugar.
Method:
Add all the ingredients into a shaker and shake. Strain into a sugar rimmed glass and garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice.
