Zodiac Meyer Lemon & Horopito Gin Sour
Ingredients:
- 60ml Zodiac Gin (Meyer Lemon & Horopito)
- 20 mL fresh lemon juice
- 15 mL simple syrup
- Ice cubes
- Couple drops of foaming bitters
- Optional: egg white for a silky texture
- Garnish: lemon wheel or a sprig of thyme
Instructions:
1. Chill your glass – a coupe or rocks glass works great.
2. In a shaker, combine:
- Zodiac Cancer Gin
- Fresh lemon juice
- Simple syrup
- Foaming Bitters
- (Optional) Egg white for a smooth, foamy top
3. Dry shake (without ice) if using egg white, to emulsify.
4. Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
5. Strain into your chilled glass.
6. Garnish with a lemon wheel or a sprig of thyme to complement the herbal Horopito notes.
