45ml Good George Zodiac Aquarius Pineapple and Coconut Gin
30ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Coconut Syrup (or cream of coconut for a richer texture)
Top with soda water or sparkling wine
Ice

Garnish:

Pineapple wedge
Toasted coconut flakes
A sprig of mint

Method:

Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add the Pineapple and Coconut Gin, fresh pineapple juice, lime juice, and coconut syrup. Stir gently to combine.
