Ingredients:

  • A couple of fresh Raspberries
  • 60ml (Let's be honest, it's Xmas... 90mls) of Gin
  • 1 egg white or chickpea juice
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 1 Fresh Strawberry

Method:

Add fresh raspberries to your cocktail shaker and muddle them. 

Add Good George Aotearoa Christmas Gin, a squeeze of lime, sugar syrup, egg white, or chickpea juice and ice. 

Put the lid on and shake away. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a strawberry and some festive straws.

Ingredients:

45ml Good George Aotearoa Christmas Gin
30ml Chambord
30ml Lemon juice
15ml Simple syrup
90ml Cranberry juice

Method:

Fill a goblet or highball glass with ice and pour everything straight in. Give it a gentle stir with a bar spoon (or a trusty kitchen spoon if that’s what’s handy) to mix the magic.

Top it off with a slice of lemon or lime and a sprig of mint for that fresh festive finish.

Instructions

Fill 3/4 of a big wine goblet with ice.

Add Good George Aotearoa Christmas Gin, Prosecco, and tonic water. Stir gently with the cocktail spoon. 

Top the glass with the tonic or soda water. Depending on the size of your glass, you might need more tonic.

Want to Jingle it up?

Cut a few raspberries and/or strawberries in half and throw them inside the glass. Make a thin slit in one raspberry and lime wheel, and sit them next to each other on the glass brim.
