Ingredients

  • 700ml Good George Doris Plum Gin Sour (makes 7 to 8 cocktails)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh or dehydrated plum slice for garnish (optional)
  • Fresh mint sprig for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Give the bottle of Good George Doris Plum Gin Sour a good shake.
  2. Pour into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until cold and frothy — that foam is the good stuff.
