Juniper, straight up. Fresh pine and a bit of resin, with lemon peel hanging round in the background, waiting to be asked.

Palate

Clean, dry and does what it says. Juniper leads, then lime and lemon zest follow it in, with a little peppery warmth on the finish. No surprises and no fuss, which already puts it ahead of most of 2026.
