So here we are, a sequel we would rather not be appearing in - with an overwhelming bout of deja vu as we fluctuate between the COVID lockdowns. We waved off 2020 with a middle finger and now welcome a year that - at this rate - can quite frankly bugger of too.

Aesthetic

A crisp pour of “here we go again”, with a glint of “haven’t we done this before?” deja vu. Clear and uncompromising, it’s frustration bottled with just enough sparkle to keep the glass half full.

Aroma

A bold hit of “bugger off already” citrus, blended with “not this again” juniper and a twist of “keeping spirits high” spice. The nose is equal parts exasperation and optimism.

Starts with a sharp burst of “lockdown déjà vu”, rolls into “positivity garnished with frustration”, and eases into a smooth finish of “cheers to making it through anyway”. Every sip says for fuck’s sake… but pour another one.
