FAQ
It's as simple as buying your favourite brews. No, really!
You earn one point for every $1 you spend made on our website at participating GG venues. Points will appear in your account after your order is complete and payment has been confirmed.
Sign into your George Rewards account. Once signed in, click on the George Rewards widget in the bottom right corner of your browser and here you should be able to view your points balance. Or you can get the customer portal on your phone by following the steps above.
Sign into your George Rewards account. Once signed in, click on the George Rewards widget in the bottom right corner of your browser, then select the 'Rewards' tab or if you are shopping online you can see your rewards at the checkout (when signed in).
The answer is yes, absolutely! Points cannot be collected unless you are logged into your George Rewards account before checking out your online order. Likewise, you cannot redeem a reward unless signed in.
Buying or redeeming from us in-person? Don't forget to show us your member card, or ask the team member at the register to look you up on the system using your mobile number or email address.
To redeem online:
- Click the widget in the bottom right corner, sign in and claim your reward. You will prompt with a discount code.
- Add the product to your cart and apply the discount code at checkout.
- Follow the prompts to finalise your order and that's it! Reward successfully redeemed.
To redeem in-store:
- Visit either Good George Dining Hall in Frankton, Hamilton or Good George North Wharf in Auckland and present your member card (if you have set up your customer portal on your phone) to the team member at the register (or we'll look you up in the system).
- We'll tell you what rewards you have available and you can choose which one to redeem on the spot.
This is the exclusions list. Subscription services, Custom Label Gin, Gift Cards, Brewery Tours, Swordfish Mojo Beer, Hospice Gin, 3.49.4 Whisky, Talking Stick Ginger Beer and Bundles.
George Rewards can’t be used with any other offers and/or promotions, and they only apply to full-priced products in a single transaction.
