What sort of emails will I be receiving?

Aside from your usual order confirmation and shipping confirmation, we’ll keep you updated on our new releases and exclusive offers. We’ll also keep you updated on your points status a few times a year, and be in touch on your birthday month with a great offer.

Why do you need my birthday?

We love an occasion worthy of celebration, and we reckon your birthday’s just that. If we know when you’re born, we’re able to send you an offer/reward for you to redeem to say happy birthday from the GG team.

Do my subscriptions earn me points too?

Absolutely!

Do I need to be signed in to earn points?

Yes, however once you've signed in on a device your account remains logged in.

How do I check my balance?

Make sure you're signed in, and simply open up the George Rewards window.

How do I redeem my points?

Do good things with your rewards points open the pop up window at the bottom of your screen (on desktop) and scroll to the rewards section to spend your points balance. You can swap your points for gift cards or at times we may feature items and gifts.

Can I use my George Rewards points in your venues?

Unfortunately we're not quite set up for that to happen just yet.
