Aesthetic

A clear appearance with a slight tint influenced by the green grape flavour.

Aroma

Bright and aromatic, the gin opens with zesty grapefruit peel and fresh orange, underpinned by classic piney juniper. Hints of crushed green herbs and the distinctive peppery spice of horopito add complexity.

Palate

Lively and refreshing. Juicy citrus bursts across the palate, balanced by bold juniper and a soft minerality from the sea salt. The Sauvignon Blanc base brings a delicate, vinous character: light tropical fruit notes and a touch of green apple, weaving seamlessly with the bright botanicals.

Good George Gin Cocktail with fresh lime

Read Recipe

In a glass, add a dash of lemon juice or squeeze in a couple of fresh limes or lemon slices.

Fill the glass with ice, then add:

  • 45ml Good George Gemini Sauvignon Blanc Gin
  • 15ml elderflower liqueur

Top with tonic or flavoured sparkling water of your choice. Gently stir to combine.
