Brimming with adventure and some of NZ's richest landscapes, the Tasman region offered up something a little different - native Horopito, sourced from New Zealand's only commercial Horopito plantation, brings a subtle spice and peppery warmth, blending elegantly alongside vibrant Meyer lemons. A creative combination deserving of any Cancer.

Delicious with tonic or perfect for unique Lemon Drop Martini - just add triple sec, a dash of lemon juice, and a touch of sugar. Enjoy with friends!

Tasting Notes

Aesthetic

Subtle yellow/gold with a soft, oily texture. A gentle shimmer in the glass hints at the richness of citrus oils and native spice within.

Aroma

Bright, zesty citrus leaps from the glass dominated by fresh NZ Meyer Lemon, supported by vibrant notes of lime and a whisper of orange peel. Beneath the citrus, a grounding herbal depth emerges from Tasman-grown Horopito, delivering a subtle peppery warmth. Floral tones from Himalayan and Macedonian juniper round out the nose with a classic gin backbone.

Palate

Lively and layered. The first sip bursts with juicy, tangy Meyer lemon, balanced by earthy, spicy Horopito that gently builds on the palate.
