Built on a base of triple distilled neutral grain spirit made with Gladfield’s malted barley, this gin combines our traditional botanical backbone with a striking infusion of blood orange.

Aesthetic

A crystal clear liquid that packs a great flavour punch.

Aroma

Bright citrus leads the way juicy blood orange peel, hints of fresh mandarin, and a subtle malt sweetness. Beneath the citrus, classic juniper and coriander seed sit alongside soft floral notes and a whisper of cracked pepper.

Palate

Silky and layered. The sweet tart tang of blood orange shines upfront, balanced by earthy juniper and a delicate touch of spice. The malt base lends a soft, biscuity texture, adding body and depth without overpowering the citrus.

Read Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Good George Leo Zodiac Gin
  • 20ml freshly squeezed blood orange juice
  • 15ml Honey
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 50ml soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Thyme sprig for garnish (optional)

    Method:
  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Leo Zodiac Gin, blood orange juice, honey, and lemon juice. Shake well until chilled.
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Top with soda water and gently stir to combine.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of thyme for a touch of Canterbury charm
