	A beautiful peachy orange hue, reminiscent of a summer sunset, enticing and warm
	Bursting forth with the luscious scent of ripe peaches and nectarines, like a basket of freshly picked fruit. Juniper whispers in the background, grounding the fragrance with its classic gin character.
	Juicy Peach & Nectarine flavours, vibrant and succulent. Supported with our special blend of vapour infused botanicals including orange peel for a refreshing zing, Chamomile for a delicate sweetness, and Horopito for a subtle peppery kick.

For the simple syrup:

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 large sprig of fresh Rosemary

For the cocktail

35ml Simple Syrup
60ml Peach and Nectarine Gin
1 fresh egg white

Instructions

1. To make the syrup, stir together the sugar and 1 cup water in a medium saucepan set over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Add in rosemary sprig. Let mixture steep for 30 minutes.
4. Strain with a mesh strainer. Discard solids. Allow syrup to cool to room temperature and then refrigerate until you are ready to make cocktails.

For one cocktail

5. Add syrup, gin and egg white to a shaker.
6. Shake for 30 seconds and then add ice to shaker
7. Shake again for 30 seconds or until frothy.
8. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
